Established in Wuhan, China in April, 2011, we are a mechanical manufacturer relocated from Dongguan, Guangdong to Wuhan. We mainly focus on CNC machining and processing, supplemented by parts sales.
Located in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Zone now, we have 50 professional technicians, 2 business personnel and 8 management personnel. The company covers an area of about 2200 square meters.
2. Business Scope:
R & D, design, production, processing, wholesale and retail, technical consultation and technical services of hardware products, metal products, metal sheets and plastic parts, industrial automation equipment, precision mechanical equipment and accessories, electric equipment, electronic appliances, laser equipment and environmental protection equipment, valves, and other apparatuses.
Projects involving licensed business can only be operated after obtaining the permission of relevant authorities. Projects that are not prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations can be operational independently according to the law.
3. Equipment Owned by the Company:
We have more than 60 sets of various machinery:
1) 7 wire cutting machines, including 3 sets of slow wire cutting machines respectively made by Makino, Sodick and CHMER;
2) 10 CNC lathes, including 2 turning and milling integrated machine tools;
3) 31 CNC machining centers of3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis;
4) 2 CNC longitudinal lathes;
5) Complete sets of testing equipment: 1 Hexagon coordinate measuring machine, 1 salt spray testing machine, 1 Rational profile projector, etc.
4. Range of Services:
Customize all kinds of precision tooling, fixtures and non-standard parts;
Undertake fine carving, lettering, laser marking and CNC processing;
Develop and manufacture all kinds of automation equipment;
Wire cutting, microhole electric discharging, fine grinding, milling, turning, EDM machining and other machining;
Large plastic mold laser welding, argon welding, aluminum, copper and various hardware welding.
