Material
6061-T6 + H62 brass
Workpiece
This workpiece is an optical lens barrel and focusing transmission gear. Optical components need to be assembled in the middle, and the precision is very high.
Machining Characteristics
Lens barrel
1.Lathe rough turning, and stock is left out.
2.Aging treatment to fully remove the cutting stress in the workpiece
3.Lathe finish machining, dimensions machined to the requirement, cylindricity of installation positions of internal optical components is within 0.007mm, and concentricity within 0.01mm.
4. Finish milling of inside and outside the workpiece is done by 4+1 axis machining center, and the position accuracy and perpendicularity shall be within 0.02mm.
Gear
1.Finishing with lathe.
2.Slow wire cutting on gear tooth profile with precision less than 0.01mm
Surface Treatment
Black anodizing + brass passivation treatment, meeting the requirements of environmental protection
Inspection
The places where accuracy is required meet the requirements of drawing, and the flatness and perpendicularity are within 0.02mm, and cylindricity 0.007mm , and concentricity 0.01mm. It is tested with CMM, and reports of finished products from CMM are generated.
After assembly, the focusing is ensured to be smooth and accurate.
