Product Description

JINAOTE's investment casting foundry, covering a floor space of 7,400 square meters, is equipped with 35 sets of specialized equipments and complete technology and production line for wax mould and sand mould stages. So far our output is 1,400 tons of stages every year.

JINAOTE supplies 63 types of stage for 7 series of pump from 338 to 675, including mainstream types of stage for REDA pumps, Centrilift pumps and Russia pumps.

Cutting-edge pre-furnace analysis equipment for spectral component is employed to ensure the quality of the chemical components of the stages.

Use chemical method to conduct sampling component test.

Use CNC machining equipment to ensure the machining dimension accuracy of the diffusers.
Use CMM (coordinate measuring machine) to conduct sampling inspection.
Adopt the dual test methods involving three-level to five-level sampling inspection and the ESP unit performance test.
