Technical description:High voltage module is close to the nozzle so the voltage loss is low and removable high-voltage components brings convenience to the maintenance.The design of central gas in 2 lines makes pole needle and diversion conductor do not accumulate powder any more, strengthens the discharge effect, improves the powder rate, and the rotary atomizing airflow greatly improves the coating quality.Two flow meters displays powder status intuitively and reasonably. It still can achieve high powder volume under the small air pressure because using the mass flow pneumatic components. Various powder spraying modes are built in to answer the spraying of dead angles and grooves, avoid troubles during spraying. All the parts of all stainless steel powder tanks can be easily disassembled without tools, and can be cleaned conveniently and quickly.
