Product Description

Disc blade is mainly used for cutting edge of disc in all kinds of cold rolling mill and hot rolling strip mill to improve the width and precision of strip.By the upper and lower two overlapping, left and right groups of shear, the blade parallel degree is controlled within ±0.05, mainly has Cr12MoV, H13, H13Ni, LD and other fine alloy steel production.

Perfect cutting quality with low burr on the cutting edges.
Mostly shearing blades and knives are working on the cold condition ,but sometimes on the hot condition. The shearing blades and knives are heat treated by pit typed furnace and made of qualified alloy steel 9CrSi,6CrW2Si,Cr12MoV,H13K,HMB,HMK, etc.
