Product Description

Furnace rolls are made of heat-resistant alloy steel hollow hearth rollers of various national standard materials from small caliber 60mm to 1600mm. Furnace temperature ranges from 850ºC to 1200ºC  , and the materials used are different. They are suitable for annealing of carbon pipes, oil well pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc. Especially for large openings diameter of continuous annealing production lines requiring higher reliability. 

It's highly heat resistant, with good performance in slowing oxidation process. Our furnace rolls are very popular in overseas market.
Inner and outside rings of our furnace rolls adopt centrifugal casting.Furnace rolls have excellent technical performance, long lifetime up to 18 months, which achieving international level. We prduce all kinds of furnace rolls from small-bore(Φ50mm) to big-bore(Φ1600mm),especially for continous annealing treatment line which requires higher reliability. Besides, we also produce special furnace rolls for high and uniform temperature.
