 Operating principle: The powder on the body of fluidized bed is set of electrode connected with high voltage and negative electrode of high-voltage electrostatic generator. When the electrode connects with a certain amount of negative voltage, it will produce corona discharge. And the fluidized powder near the electrode will catch the electron to be the powder particles with negative charge which will be adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece with positive charge, afterwards those powder particles will be heated and solidified to be the uniform coating.
