Piercing Mill Roll

Brief Description
Piercer mill roll is divided into two types as their shape ,it is barrel-type piercing mill roll and cone-type piercing mill roll .both types can be equipped either with guide shoes or Diescher discs depending on different performance .it's usually assembled with shaft .

Material
The common material for Piercing mill roll is C40E or CK45 ,equivalent to 40 and 45 carbon steel grade in China. We also use 36CrNiMo4 which is equal to Chinese 40CrNiMo as piercer roll material .And we can produce piercer roll as customized material .

Surface control and treatment
