Product Description

 This machine is used to squeeze and calibrate small heated elbow on the same level. A qualified  180°elbow of Φ=76mm thickness=12.7mm R=1.5D can be squeeze to R=0.6D and achieve technical requirement.

Consists of four parts:
  • Hydraulic system
         Hydraulic station, oil cylinder, oil pump, accumulator
  • Electrical control systems
         Control box, operator panel, proximity switch, medium frequency heater
  • Mechanical systems
         Frame, Left and right clamping die, back die, sizing die, lower die, position block
  • Water cooling system
         Water tank, spray pump, water pump, fans
