Description
The hearth roll,also called furnace roll is the key equipment for continuous annealing furnace. The working condition is very tough for furnace roller. So the high temperature resistance must be good with furnace roller. The continuous heat treatment furnace with bottom rollers is often used for annealing, normalizing, quenching and tempering of steel plate, steel tube, section steel and wire.

Furnace bottom rolls made from small diameter of 60 mm - 2000 mm Φ  various national standard material of heat-resisting alloy steel hollow bottom roller.The temperature of furnace varies from 850ºC to 1200ºC, and the material used is also different.Suitable for annealing treatment of general carbon pipe, oil well pipe, stainless steel pipe and steel strip.In particular, it is suitable for continuous annealing treatment line with higher reliability.
