Product Description

   Because of the high rolling speed and precision, Sendzimir mill is much more popular  among some high-end users and used for rolling ultra-thin strip,silicon steel, stainless steel,etc. The rolls of Sendzimir mill are made of tool steel, abrasive steel and high speed steel. 

   In the manufacturing process, higher quenching and tempering temperatures are usually required. In order to meet the hardness requirements, secondary tempering is required. 

   Hardness range of products:55-60 HRC, 60-63 HRC, 61-64 HRC,63-66 HRC,etc.
