Description
Cold pilger rolling mill rollers and mandrels are also called cold pilger molds and dies, which are the most important tools to make high precision seamless tubes in cold state. In general, we use cold pilger mill to reduce outer diameter and wall thickness of round tubes. Now we have developed new cold rolling tools to produce square tubes on cold rolling mills.We use forged material and CNC machine with strict heat treament to guarantee the quality of our cold pilger roll dies. We also have rich experiences on this field.   Roll die for cold rolling mill plays an important role in the process of rolling. Our roll dies for cold rolling mill have quenching treatment, the assembly with electromagnetic induction heating device to complete,  it adapts the double composite curve deformation, rolling  deformation of large, high production efficiency, high product precision, high economic benefit.
