Xuanen Middle Speed Scroll Cutting Line XE1100HB3-120

 I.Brief Introduction
This scroll cutting line is a special equipment to decoil, level, 
shear the coil material of tinplate and aluminum coils. 
It is an important equipment to reduce the production cost 
by decreasing the waste of coil material in making iron tank and cover. 
Adopting this scroll cutting line can help you to save coil material with 3%-8%.
It consists of decoiler, leveler, scroll cutter, belt conveyor,
 three material receiving platforms, pinhole detector and electric control cabinet. 
This line can produce different products with one machine only 
by changing corresponding dies with an automatic die changing system. 
The cutting frequency is 120times per minute. It is also provided with a pinhole detector device-Photomultiplier pinhole detector which can detect the pinhole in high accuracy..
