Product Description

This is automatic inspecting equipment. Probes were lined along short side of plate and scanned transversely when inspection. Plate is transported through channel frame. 56 channels are connected with ultrasonic tester. 40 channels can be configured on plate. The inspection of plate edge needs 8 channels on every side.

Inspecting method: Pulse echo.

Inspecting content: Plate defect such as cracks, inclusions and porosity. The tester is used mainly for detecting the defect of plate before mill. Devices in the equipment are made in special plant.
