Slot-Die Roll to Roll Coating System ( Max. 250mm Wide) with Precision Slurry Feeding Pump - 

 is a CE Certified automatic slot-die coating system with a compact footprint that is less than 6'x3'. It is perfect for making uniform coatings from 1~300 micron thick.

Slot Die Coating	The slot die is perfect for uniform film coating of 1 micron and up to 300-micron thickness. By changing the shim size with various patterns, you would be able to produce continuous, intermittent, or even grid coatings that match the shim patterns.
Slurry Feeding Pump	MSK-156 slurry feeding screw pump with 4 liters tank is included 24DC Input, 500W 0.5~0.8MPa compress gas is required. Slurry feed rate: 0.1 - 150 rpm (or 0.023 - 34.5 mL/min) Stirring speed: 27 rpm
