Product Description

The machine is used to weld the inside welding seam of pipe after tack welding. During the welding process, pipe is transferred shock-free and vibration-free on a transfer carriage in order to produce a constant weld seam quality. The inside welding machine is designed as cantilever beam structure. The offset of transfer carriage exceeds the length of cantilever beam. The top of cantilever beam is installed welding device.

The cantilever beam is inside pipe body. When the transfer carriage retracts at a welding speed, the inside seams are welded on the machines working on basis of the submerged arc welding process. Welding electrodes, wires, welding flux and welding current are supplied to welding seam by the cantilever beam of inside welding machine.
