Product Description

The main machine of pipe calibrating press is one down-stroke type with four columns press. 5 groups lifting transferring rollers and 2 groups lifting rotating rollers are arranged separately in the front and rear of main machine.

When the main machine is equipped with same size of tools in conformity with to be calibrated pipe, the pipe is segmentally transferred the calibrated tools to accomplish pipe longitudinal full length and 360° Circumference of calibration segmentally and successively.

Working principles: Apply the pressure from outside to the pipe to produce a solid flow for pipe material in the chamber of tools so as to achieve precise roundness of pipe.
