Description
Guide disc ,also called guide rolling ring, is the key spare part for accu-roll pipe mill. The function of piercing guide disc is to close the pass. The components of piercing
guide disc include contact arc radius and thickness. The contour of piercing guide disc is generally composed of two radii, i.e. the inlet radius and the outlet radius. The thickness of piercing guide disc is determined by the minimum distance between the guide plate and the roll and the minimum gap between the guide plate and the roll.
