Description
Galvanizing unit is consisted of sink roll, stabilizer roll, back-up roll, usually they are called "three rolls" for galvanizing unit. In the production of galvanized steel strips, they are playing very important role in galvanizing line. To some extent, they decide the quality of galvanized steel strips. 
In metallugical industry, there is also a  saying as " three rolls, six arms", they are the composition of hot dip galvanizing line.

Working process:
Under the liquid zinc temperature 450-480 °C, sink roll and stabilizer roll are rotated by galvanized sheet with the speed of 35-180 m/min.
The working performance of sink roll and stabilizer roll directly decide to the quality of galvanized sheet. According to this working condition, We produce sink roll and stabilizer roll with more attention on corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Material:
Material of sink roll and stabilizer roll: 316L. Thermal Spraying: cermet.
