Incoming material(per customer request)---Inspect Material(First in and first Out) 

Move the good material to workshop 

(the experienced workers machine the parts on CNC per our working instruction(Special inspection device located on the workstation and guarantee the dimension was stalble and inspected, also had the SPC report to gurantee changing the tool on time to avoid the tool wearied, which leading to dimension out of specification) 

Move the finished parts to washing room(each part the washing instruction was different, including the washing time and washing agent, choose the correct cleaning agent and stone size to wash parts) 

Dry them 

Move to inspection room, inspect one by one for each dimension(we arranged 100% inspection for each dimension before shipment per our inspection working instruction) 

Move the good parts to packing room and pack( Different parts had different packing request. Must be very careful for some parts sealing surface to avoid any damage on them) 

Arrange shipment by sea( Pallet) 

6. Quality control 
We passed ISO 9001 and can control each process for the parts and gurantee zero defect before shipment.
