Product Description

Cross roll piercing mill plug with material 20CrNi4
Brief introduction
Pipes are developped from solid round steel billets. The billet is charged into a rotary hearth furnace. After the billet is discharged from the rotary hearth furnace, a small hole is punched into its end. This indentation acts as a starting point to aid in rotary piercing.Piercing plug is used in the piercing process. The quality of plug will decide the pipes inner wall quality.
