4. Tinning furnace

1 Flux box and cleaning water tank: the material is made of acid resistant PVC plate, and then the flowmeter is installed.
2 Tin furnace: using 8mm thick 304# stainless steel plate bending precision welding molding, with fast heating, uniform temperature and so on. The Japanese RKC temperature control meter and thermocouple are divided into two sections to control the temperature, set over temperature alarm, and the dice box size is 24.5*7 (T).
3 Using316 stainless steel heating tube to heat, built in Lu Yang heat insulation cotton, fiberboard, heat preservation and heat insulation performance is good.
4 The Frame is welded by GB 3mm A3 plate and the GB 50 angle iron.

2 The body is 48 head integrated. It adopts single torque transmission belt brake, voltage regulator speed control, independent control + total control
3 Metering the meter separately, advance the yellow light to the meter, stop the red warning light and speed up the decelerator, and the meter error is less than 0.2%. (green light, yellow light to meter warning, red light break warning)
