Description
A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need.
The display allows you to set the desired temperature and heating time accurately, and turn on / off the fan. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically.
The control panel also includes a variety of safety devices, including alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
Bottom of this electric powder coating oven is installed with electric heating tubes with great thermal conductivity to created hot air and rapidly raise temperature to the required curing, then circulation fan cycles the hot air and ensures parts to be heated evenly.
Insulation material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall. It is an optimal design for minimum temperature dropping.
Supply with trolley and frames for easy carrying and loading even heavy elements. The transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and ensure the purity of parts.
