Powder coating oven is the essential equipment for powder coating industry. It is used for melting, levelling and
drying the epoxy powder coating. The design of oven will decide the quality of finished products.

Details Show:

1. Wall panel: Made of 100mm thick rock wool sandwich panel. Outside is 0.426mm thick steel, inside is
    0.426mm galvanized steel.



2. Heating System: Made of 304 stainless steel ELECTRIC heating element, 0.95kW/pc, installed at both sides
    and floor of oven cabin, to provide uniform heating for workpiece.




3. Guide Rail: 1 Set of steel rail for trolley in and out. 4 Pcs of high temperature proof wheels and 2 pcs of
   beams for making the trolley. Trolley is used to hanging and tranfering the workpiece.



4. Packaging: Fumigation-free wooden box or carton.



Process of Powder Coating:

Step 1: Pre-treatment, to remove the rust and oil on the product's surface.
Step 2: Powder coating manually or automatically.
Step 3: Powder curing in the oven under 180ºC for 20 minutes.
