Product Description

It is used to produce different kinds of branded nonoriented cold rolled silicon steel (CGO) and high

magnetic oriented silicon steel (HiB), provide the raw material for producing the different type of motor and

transformer. Now we have contracted to build almost 20 cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel continuous

annealing lines, 5 cold rolled oriented silicon steel continuous treatment lines .

Line Main Properties:

1.Line Type: Normal pickling Line, Decarburized Annealing and Paint Insulation layer Line, Decarburized

  Annealing Nitriding and Coating Magnesium Oxide Line.

2.Product Degree: Non-oriented: high, middle and low; oriented: CGO, HiB

3.Coating Type: Insulation coating, Magnesium coating

4.Normal Annealing Equipment:

Cooling Method: Air Tube Cooling, Air-vapor Cooling, Air Jet Cooling, Water Spray Cooling.

Energy Saving Method: High efficiency radiant tube combustion air heat exchanger, fume duct combustion

air heat exchanger, fume duct hot air and hot water heat exchanger, hot shielding gas recycle injection pre-

heating strip, fume heat radiant before non-oxidation heating pre-heating strip, light fiber furnace lining.

5.Continuous Annealing Furnace:

Decarburization Method: Wet Nitrogen and Hydrogen Mixed Gas Decarburization

Nitriding Method: Low Temperature Nitriding

Energy Saving Method: High efficiency radiant tube combustion air heat exchanger, fume duct combustion

air heat exchanger, fume duct hot air and hot water heat exchanger, hot shielding gas recycle injection pre-
