Product Description

Brief Introduction:

Stainless steel continuous annealing pickling line is designed to process annealing and pickling towards

stainless steel, to get the mechanical properties and surface effect as required. The line is divided into hot

rolled stainless steel annealing pickling line, cold rolled stainless steel annealing pickling line and cold rolled

stainless steel bright annealing line.

Sunny has been designing and constructing over 10 lines overseas in the last few years.

Line Main Properties :

1.Welder

Welding Process: cutting→ lapping → welding → punching → scrapping

With auto strip CPC at the entry and exit section

Bridle units forced uniformly, the pressure can be adjusted; also with function of move transversely and lengthways.

With strip lapping angle compensation function.

2.High pressure hot water brush and rinse, the temperature is about 80ºC . And it has recycled hot water rinse system, which can keep the strip surface clean after degreasing, and meet the production requirement of the follow-up process.

3.Annealing furnace preheating section mainly use the furnace waste gas to heat the strip, thus can improve the heat efficiency of the furnace, as well as save energy.

4. Pickling: Adopt neutral salt electrolysis pickling + mixed acid pickling progress, ensure the pickling quality.

1. Export standard wooden cases packed in suitable container.

3. Customized Packing is allowed.
