Our factory was established in February 2007, with a total investment of RMB 30 million. The company has more than 200 existing employees totally, including more than 30 engineering, technology, and senior management staff.
We mainly do independent research and development, production, marketing and service of high- precision metal products and plastic parts. The process contains CNC milling, CNC Turning, Extrusion, Stamping, die casting and surface treating. All these process works on EMI filters, Heat sinks, Medical instruments, IT devices, Aviation parts, all kinds of communication accessories and Panels, etc. Such characteristics of our product and service as variety, stable quality, price concessions, prompt delivery etc, are favored by the majority of customers. Our monthly output value is nearly5 million RMB, the company formally adopted the ISO9001: 2000 international quality management system certification in October 2009.
The company now has 40set high precision, brand new import frank 540-850 type 24000 turn vertical machining center machine, among them 2 platform equipped with the fourth axis machines, has 20sets of 80-120T HaiTian injection molding machines, has 3 dimensional, 2 dimensional detecting instrument, and has digital micrometer, dial indicator and other commonly used measuring instruments. We mainly engaged in processing products made of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, aluminum and magnesium alloys, etc. (ODM and OEM are available )
