Annealing furnace is the most important process equipment for Galvalume line, which plays decisive role to product surface quality and mechanical property.

Function of average section
1.After jet cooling section, temperature is not averaged between strip surface and interior, as well as between middle and edge. With average section, strip temperature can be adjusted to average value before entering zinc pot.
2.Improve annealing mechanical property.
3.When the line start production, the strip will be heated up by average furnace and heating section, meanwhile strip temperature will be increased and de-graded product will be reduced.
4.Average section normally adopts electrical heating(Vertical furnace adopts electrical radiant tube, horizontal furnace adopts radiant tube for top and resistor band for bottom)

Surplus heat utilization system

After heat exchanging by heat exchanger and surplus heat boiler, the waste gas with high temperature exhausted from furnace burning and heating system can provide the heat and vapor demanded by degreasing section, which will realize the purpose of energy saving and exhausting reduction.
