Product Description

Chemical coater:
It is used for coating chemical liquid on the strip after cleaning process. After dried up, there will form a layer of chemical conversion film on the strip. It works as a connecting link between strip surface and succeeding coating so that it can improve the adhesion between paint and base material. Top coating and bottom coating will be done at the same time. And the vertical coating method can effectively solve the problem of wave edge.

Prime coater:
It is used for coating paint to both sides of strip after chromaking. Top and back side will be coated at the same time. Top coating head is two roll type, back coating head is also two roll type. The top coating head will carry out coating on support roll, the back coating head will carry out coating on the outlet of lifting roll. The prime coater can be both forward coating and reverse coating.

Finish coater:
Finish coater is used for the finish coating of strip top side and back side. The top coating head is three roller type, which is composed of measurement roll, pick up roll, application roll. The back coating head is two roller type, which is composed of pick up roll and application roll. The top coating roll will finish the coating on support roll. The back coating head will finish the coating on the outlet of lifting roll
