Heat Treatment (surface quench):
It is mainly aims to change the rigidity of the metal materials through the heat treatment to work pieces. Detail applications are stated as follows:

2.1 Inductoon quenching power supply features:
Adopt the KGPS as inverter component, use the frequency automatic tracking technology always ensure the KGPS working in the ZCS(zero current) switch state. Adopt ZVT technology make sure IGBT always working in the zero voltage transformation state. Both of the two technologies have improved the KGPS working frequency, increased the KGPS using life and stability, and also reduced the machine loss.


2.2 Special-making hardening transformer technology:
Adopt the multiple transformation ratio structure design, wide matching range, convenient adjustment, small calorific value small, high efficiency and energy-saving. Coil adopts the advanced winding process, reduce the transformer inductance leakage. Adopt low resistivity copper material, greatly reduce the transformer copper lose. Adopt superior magnetic core, reduce the transformer volume and magnetic core loss.
