Product Description

Flask for Moulding Line
Flask is one of the necessary equipments in foundry automatic or semi-automatic moulding line. Producing and testing with professional process equipment to ensure high precision and good interchangeability as well as high rigidity and high pressure impact advantages.

Grey iron EN-GJL-250 (GG25)or ductile iron EN-GJS-450/500/600 according to DIN EN 1561 or 1563

Technical Conditions: 
1.Flask are manufactured strictly according to the controlled production drawings and technical requirements provided by customer.
2.Castings will be produced by resin sand process.Test Certificates include chemical composition report, tensile strength and hardness report.                The castings of each batch we provide annealing certificates showing the annealing time, temperature and cooling curves.
3. We guarantee that there are no damages, cracks in the parting line of flask.Any repair welding on the castings is strictly prohibited.
4. The body and component are machined by large-scale CNC machinining centers and CNC lathes to ensure the dimensional position accuracy to meet the requirements of drawings. CMM measuring report of flask assembly will be provided.
5. Flasks are painted and quoted prices include the painting.

2. How can I get some samples? 
If you need, we are glad to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, and the charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 

3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can make casting according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If the 3D CAD model can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved. 

4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making. 

5. What's your quality control device in house?
We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the casting detect under the surface of casting.
