Xuanen Low Speed Scroll Cutting Line




I.   BRIEF INSTRUCTION
This line is the special equipment for decoiling, leveling 
and shearing the tinplate coil material.
 It is an important equipment to reduce the production cost
 by decreasing the waste of coil material in making iron tank and cover. 
Adopting this scroll cutting line can help you to save coil material by about 3%-8%.
It consists of decoiler, leveler, scroll cutter, belt conveyor, 
two material receiving platforms, and electric control cabinet. 
The cutting frequency is 70 times per minute.
