Product Description

The machine consists of fixed working table, gantry type moving frame, 5 groups longitudinal rollers, 2 groups rotating rollers, V type lower tool, hydraulic system and electrical system.

The 5 groups lifting longitudinal rollers, 2 groups lifting rotating rollers and 2 groups position-changeable V type lower tool are arranged on the fixed working table. The gantry type moving frame with main pressing head, main hydraulic station and the precise micro-drive device can move and position along the length direction of working table. At micro-drive operation, push the button one time, and the pressing head falls a constant stroke to ensure the optimum straightening performance.

The pressing head can move to straighten the pipe over the full length of the pipe, and can straighten any position around the pipe. The auxiliary hydraulic station set one end of working table controls the lifting of 3 groups longitudinal rollers and 2 groups rotating rollers to support pipe to feed longitudinally and 360° Rotation of pipe.
