Product Description

However, in large-scale production, such as automobile parts and 3C shell, most of the time of micro arc oxidation process is micro arc discharge stage, and the current density is between 2A / DM2 and 10A / DM2. Although the film treatment time is very short, the single line efficiency is low and the installed capacity is too large, which restricts the use of mass production. For example, for the automobile hub production line, the single line installed capacity exceeds 500kW, but the processing quantity per hour is only 25, which is far from meeting the needs of the previous process. In addition, for the micro arc oxidation equipment of most domestic manufacturers, the compactness of the prepared film is not enough, and the anti-corrosion capacity is between 800-1000 hours, which is far less than the requirements of  industry, special environment and preparation of new materials. Therefore, our company has developed the sixth generation customized micro arc oxidation power supply according to the technical background of  power supply for many years.
