Stretch Reducing Mill Stands (SRM stand) for Seamless Steel Pipes and Tubes Diameter and Wall Thickness Sizing Process

Brief introduction:
SRM stands are used for seamless steel pipe sizing process to get required seamless steel pipes and tubes. SRM stands are installed on the whole base. The stands are arranged in turn and inclined to different sides. The roll arrangement of the adjacent stand forms a certain angle with each other. The working bench is composed of stand base, roll, internal transmission (famous wafangdian bearing, which ensures the internal transmission and the long service life of the SRM stand), cooling water piping and dry oil piping. The material is cast steel or ductile iron. There is no burr in the casting. Normalizing treatment is carried out before the casting is processed to eliminate the internal stress. The reduction rate of a single SRM stand is about 3%.
