Purpose: This machine is mainly used for recycling resin sand in casting workshop. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption and good regeneration effect. Features:

The machine can be composed of several units with the same structure in vertical direction. After purification and granulation, the sand falls from the hopper to the feed plate, and then uniformly falls into the rotary plate. Under the action of centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotary plate, the sand is thrown to the fixed annular baffle at a speed of 30~40m/s. The high-speed sand flow hits the baffle and rotates along its inner wall, causing impact and friction between the sand grains and the baffle, and then falls into the receiving hopper of the next unit. After several cycles, the resin film gradually falls off to achieve the purpose of regeneration. The high speed rotating wings allow the air to pass through the falling sand stream at high speed, picking up the dust and discharging it from above into the dust collector.
