Description
Cold pilger rolling mill rollers and mandrels are also called cold pilger molds and dies, which are the most important tools to make high precision seamless tubes in cold state. 
Cold rolling mill can produce Φ195~Φ365mm ferrous or non-ferrous metal high-precision seamless tubes. Roll die for LG15-LG40 cold rolling mill plays an important role in the process of rolling. Our roll dies for cold rolling mill have quenching treatment, the assembly with electromagnetic induction heating device to complete,  it adapts the double composite curve deformation, rolling  deformation of large, high production efficiency, high product precision, high economic benefit.
