Q: How can we get a quote?
A: Please provide us the 2D or 3D drawing of the product and tell us the detailed technical requirements, such as material, surface treatment, tolerance, etc. If no drawings are available, samples are required.

Q: What is the type of machine for manufacturing?
A: The machining method depends on the requirements of the part. We have wire cutting, PG, EDM, grinder, lathe, milling machine etc.,

Q: Do you do the surface treatments?
A: Yes, we have special cooperative units responsible for surface treatment, including powder coating, anodizing, laser etching as well as painting etc.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Because it is customized production, the production cycle depends on the product size, structural complexity and technical requirements, as well as the required quantity. It also depends on the customer's requirements for delivery and the factory's timely production plan, which needs to be determined by both parties through negotiation.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: There is no minimum quantity requirement. Trial production is possible before mass production.

Q: What is the quality Control before shipping?
A: We have a professional quality inspection department, and products will be inspected during processing and before shipment, and only qualified products can be shipped.

Q: DO you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. Whether to charge depends on the situation, if the demand is large, we can first make free samples for clients to confirm.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A.: T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram etc.

Q: What's your payment term?
A: For small quantities, 100% prepayment is required. If the quantity is large, it's acceptable by 50% in advance and 50% balance shipment. After the two parties have established a stable cooperative relationship, regular settlement can also be negotiated.
