Working Principle of Powder Coating Spray Booth
The Fan motor will exhaust the air flow from the booth chamber, and the oversprayed powder will be attracted in the cartridge filters by the air, and powders will be shocked down from the filters by a pulse.


1. Powder Tank, installed at the bottom of the booth, carry oversprayed powders from filter, 
can be removed out when take the powders.
2. Fan motor, 2.2Kw, 1 set.
3. Cartridge Filters: we use filters D325xH900mm in the COLO-S-1517 Powder Coating Booth. Japanese imported materials.
4. PLC control: easy control system, convenient for operation
