Product Detail:

Shell mold casting automatic production line is a line that using heat coating sand to produce shell mold,and to bury the shell mold on the line by steel balls ,then to cast on the line. Shell molding is a good production technology, with higher product rate and small machining allowance.

Advantage: Both of organic and inorganic shell cores can be produced;which can reduce slag holes by bottom gating pouring.Which can refine grains, reduce risers, increase production rate(5-20%), and reduce slag pores by vibration pouring.

2.Shell molding line

Description :

Mould(assembly of shell,core,runner and sprue cup) conveying system, produce beat is 60 seconds, double pouring lines , cooling time is 60 minutes. The line Includes transfer car, driven system, cushioning system, turnover system,boxes,pallet car and etc.

Working processes:

When the box reaches the steel ball pre-placement area, place the a layer of steel balls into the bottom of box,The moulds are transported from stereoscopic storage to mould setting area,Worker set the mould on the surface of the steel balls; then box reaches to the steel ball filling area, fill up steel balls into box,then vibrate the box by the vibration machine to compact steel balls ; The bottom pouring machine reaches the pouring area after receiving the molten steel,The box arrives at the pouring area and then pouring.(two pouring lines , when one line is being poured ,another line is cooling and transfering boxes,The box with castings are transfered from the pouring line to cooling line,When the box with castings arrive at the turnover machine, Steel ball and used sand enter sand and ball treatment system, the castings are shakeout and worker hang the castings to the catenary conveyor.
