Product Description

Introduction to the working principle: The raw sand is added to the rolling heating furnace through the feeding device. The sand is mixed with resin in the basin of the sand mixer, and then mixed with urotropine aqueous solution. When the sand becomes loose, add calcium stearate and mix for 45 seconds before unloading the sand. The unloaded sand flows into the vibrating cooling screen below the sand mixer and is fully cooled and stored for use. Phenolic resin is related to the strength of the sand, urotropine is the curing agent, calcium stearate enhances the fluidity of the sand, and the sand is heated in a drum heating furnace and then unloaded into the machine basin to add resin to make the finished product.
