Description
Guide plate , aslo named guide shoe, is the key vulnerable spare part in the production of seamless steel tube. Its quality and service life directly affect the quality of the final product.
Guide plate composition: inlet cone, compression belt, exit cone.
Inlet cone: guide the billet so that the Central Line of the billet is aligned with the Central Line of the piercing .The ellipticity of the billet is restricted to avoid forming the pass so early.Promote the longitudinal extension of the metal.
Exit cone: limit cross deformation of billets, control outer diameter of billets after rolling.
