Product Description

This equipment is mainly used to heat new sand when producing coated sand by thermal method. The main fuels are coal or crushed coke and natural gas. When working, the drum is heated by rotation in the furnace, and the new sand enters the drum through the feeding pipe. Under the action of the scraper, it is continuously pushed forward, lifted and stirred, and is heated evenly. After reaching the process temperature, the idler is reversed, and the material is quickly discharged under the action of the inclined plate.


The feeding and discharging chute is located at the end of the drum, and the legs are fixed on the foundation; the feeding slide pipe extends into the drum to prevent the material from being knocked out by the scraper when entering; the drum is reversed, and the material is discharged from the discharge port.

The two ends of the roller are respectively installed on the furnace frame through the bearing seat and the supporting roller: in order to prevent the high temperature of the bearing and sprocket in the transmission section, the cooling fins on the hollow shaft are immersed in the cooling cycle of the water tank. The cones at both ends of the drum are conducive to the joining, stirring and heating of materials; the back of the drum is welded with reinforcing ribs, and the guide scraper is welded inside; the support rail is welded on the drum cone with a large plate width, and all the welding is completed to ensure stable rotation.

In the transmission part, the deceleration motor drives the roller to rotate through the sprocket, and the tension of the chain is realized by adjusting the deceleration motor seat. The heating furnace consists of a furnace body and a furnace cover. The inner wall of the furnace is made of refractory bricks, and the inner wall of the furnace cover is made of aluminum silicate fiber cement, which improves the utilization rate of heat energy and the service life of the furnace.
