Radiant tube for Continuous Annealing lineDescription
Radiant tube is a very important tool for continuous annealing production line.In the continuous annealing furnace, gas is burned in the radiant tube.The heating radiant tube will heat the strip steel and furnace wall, it will eliminate the innerstress of strip steel and improve its mechanical property.As the temperature of radiant tube exceed strip steel 50-100 °C, it requires radiant tube with good high temperature resistance.
Commonly used material : GX40Cr28Ni48W5, GX40Cr25Ni35, and GX40Cr25Ni20.
Manufacture technique: With centrifugal casting process of tube, radiant tube has better casting property.
Design : W/U shape. Single end type radiant tube according to the working condition.
