1. Introduction  of Ultrosonic atomizer:

Technical principle:
The high-frequency electromagnetic oscillation ultrasonic transducer converts the high-freguency electromagnetic oscillation into weak mechanical vibration by means of the stretching effect of the piezoelectric crystal, and then amplifies the displacement or velocity of the particle of the mechanical vibration to the ultrasonic tool head. The raw material is spread into a thin liguid laver under the action of the eneray conversion with the tool head in the hot melt state,and is crushed under the action of ultrasonic vibration into droplets agitated which fly out from the vibration surface of the tool head to form mist-like raw material particles and then be cooled and solidified into powder material under the protection of gas in the atomization tower.
