1. Machine description:
1 It is used for taking up wire from galvanized line or hear treatment.
2 Capstan diameter is 600mm.
3 Draft gear is designed to be V-shape groove type.V-shape groove material adopts 45# cast steel. And its surface roughness is ≤0.8μm, which goes through high-frequency quenching. Its surface hardness HRC is 50-55.
4 We use 2.2-4KW motor/block, which is AC motor.

3. Machine body:
Main frame, as the welding parts, is welded by high quality steel which is through the process of eliminating scale treatment. After welding, it adopts vibration to eliminate the stress during welding. So its tensile strength is good with strong carrying capacity.
