Q1: Are you a manufacturer?         

Yes, we have own factory and 70% of our employees are technicians.

Q2: What's the basic information do you need for accurate quotation?      

(1)Your part drawing with full dimensions, the drawing format we need is 2D: pdf, dxf, jpg; 3D: iges, step. If no drawing,  the sample is OK; (2) Quantity for each order; (3) Special request             

Q3: What is your shipping way?  

We support DHL, EMS, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. We have long-term cooperation with expresses and can get favorable shipping price.

Q4: What is our payment term for orders?                                                                                                                    

Tooling and samples fee 100% prepayment. For production order, if order value is underUSD5,000, 100% prepayment. If order value is equal or above USD5,000, 60% prepayment T/T before proceeding, and balance transferred before shipment. For long-term cooptation, we can support 30 days net.
